COMMENTS:
The center stone is an unheated Songea sapphire from
Tanzania. It has a color change from greenish blue in fluorescent
light to violet (purple) blue in incandescent light. The custom
mounting is heavy 14K white gold and very comfortable with a
euro-shank. It is polished and in new condition. The
diamond baguettes flanking the sapphire are substantial. This
would make a wonderful engagement ring.
