COMMENTS: This stone started out as a 1.79 Ct. better quality commercially cut stone and I spent about 3.5 hours giving it a total repolish. This is a tedious thing that I don't really like to do, but makes a big improvement with only a tiny loss of weight. In person, the color is a lot like a lighter amethyst. This one would make a really interesting engagement ring stone!
