COMMENTS:  This is actually a very pretty stone that has an almost neon blue color on one end fading to slightly more greenish blue on the other.  The slight banding contains a wee bit of silk under magnifcation, which might show under brutal, direct sunlight.  Overall, though, it's a pretty clean looking gem.
