HOW CAN I SEND PAYMENT? We accept paypal sent the email address of daniel@customgemstones.com or you can mail a check or money order to Daniel Stair at the address above. Please verify stone availability before sending payment.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
We are happy to try and cut a stone for you if we have the rough and
what
you ask for is not wasteful or something that nobody else would likely
want. With those things in mind, there is no obligation on your
part to purchase the stone if you don't like what we come up
with. We tend to have a waiting list, so it may take some time to
get to your
stone. If you are in a rush for some reason, please let us know.
WILL SOMEONE NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
Yes, if it is over $200 in value or sent outside the U.S.A. via Global
Express Mail or registered mail. Please provide a secure mailing
address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
WILL YOU CUT MY ROUGH, RECUT OR REPAIR MY STONE?
Generally, we are willing to consider that. We charge $35/hour to
cut stones that belong to other people and the process is entirely at
your risk, not ours, because we have no way of knowing whether a stone is
stable, or what treatments it has been subjected to. Bad things
do happen when cutting, though it is fairly rare. We also do not
cut ALL gemstones, so please email us prior to sending any stones so we
can discuss the project(s). The stones sent must also be of at
least the value of the labor involved in cutting them.
Should
you decide to purchase one of our stones, please review our return policy and terms of sale below.
